About

The evidence is already there.

Competitor moves, search behavior, customer language, pricing pressure, proof gaps. Most businesses don't read them. LoopWorker exists to make the market visible before you spend on execution.

Founder-led

Built and run by Alex Lamb.

Alex Lamb, founder of LoopWorker

I built LoopWorker because most strategy work happens before the evidence shows up. Founders ship positioning, pricing, and campaigns built on the loudest opinion in the room, and three months later, rebuild.

The signals to make the call honestly are public. Competitor ads, competitor pages, search demand, pricing pages, customer language. Pulling them takes 4 to 12 hours per signal done right. Most teams don't have that time, so they guess.

LoopWorker is the pull, and the read on top of it. Founder-led. No team of analysts. Two active engagements at a time, so the work stays mine.

How I work

Three rules. No deviation.

01

Start with the decision

Every Read is scoped around one real decision on your desk: pricing, a competitor's move, a market, where the next dollar goes. Not a research wishlist.

02

Pull live public signals

Competitors, search demand, customer voice, pricing pages, ads, content cadence, proof gaps. Public data only. No surveys, no expert calls.

03

Grade it and make the move clear

The output is not a mood board or a theory deck. It's a ranked recommendation, every material claim graded high, medium, or low with its source.

Honest fit

Who this is, and isn't, for.

Best fit Yes

  • Operators with a real decision on the table
  • Preparing a launch, repositioning, pricing move, or channel shift
  • $25K+ riding on the next move
  • Categories with a few competitors and public web surface
  • Buyers who want clarity before more execution spend

Not for No

  • Wanting a deck to validate a decision already made
  • Pre-revenue ideas with no comparable market yet
  • Looking for outsourced execution without the strategy
  • Expecting six-week agency turnarounds at this price
  • Decisions where "what feels right" is the real answer
The thesis

The job isn't more opinions. It's seeing the category clearly.

A Read separates what the market is showing from what the room prefers. It gives downstream work a source of truth, makes the recommendation hold up under follow-up questions, and lets execution start from evidence instead of a guess.
