About LoopWorker

The signals are already there.

Search behavior, competitor moves, customer language, pricing pressure, proof gaps, channel drift. Most businesses don't listen. LoopWorker exists to make market movement visible — before execution.

Founder-led

Built and run by Alex Lamb.

AL

I built LoopWorker because most strategy work happens before the evidence shows up. Founders ship positioning, pricing, and campaigns built on the loudest opinion in the room — and three months later, rebuild.

The signals to make the call honestly are public. Competitor ads, scraped competitor pages, search demand, pricing pages, customer language. Pulling them takes 4-12 hours per signal done right. Most teams don't have that time. So they guess.

LoopWorker is the pull. Founder-led. No team of analysts. Two active Atlas engagements at a time so the work stays mine.

How we work

Three principles. No deviation.

01

Start with the decision

Pricing, positioning, proof, channel, launch, offer, visual direction. Every Sprint is scoped around a real decision on your desk — not a research wishlist.

02

Pull live public signals

Competitors, search demand, customer voice, pricing pages, ads, content cadence, scraped messaging, proof gaps. Public data only. No surveys, no expert calls.

03

Make the next move visible

The output is not a mood board or a theory deck. It's an evidence-backed recommendation with a ranked, dated action sheet. PDF + editable doc.

Honest fit

Who LoopWorker is — and isn't — for.

Best fit Yes

  • Founders + operators with a real decision on the table
  • Teams preparing a launch, repositioning, pricing move, or channel shift
  • Businesses with $50K+ at stake on the next move
  • Categories w/ 3+ competitors + public web surface
  • Buyers who want clarity before more execution spend

Not for No

  • Companies wanting a deck to validate a decision already made
  • Pre-revenue ideas with no comparable market yet
  • Teams looking for outsourced execution without strategy
  • Anyone expecting 6-week agency turnarounds at this price
  • Decisions where "what feels right" is the actual answer
The thesis

The job is not to have more opinions. The job is to see the category clearly.

Sprints separate what the market is showing from what the room prefers. They give downstream work a source of truth. They make recommendations defendable under follow-up questions. Execution gets stronger when the evidence comes first.

Next step

Bring the decision. We'll find the signals.

If the next move feels expensive or unclear, start with visibility. Free 30-min signal review or begin Atlas directly.
