Pricing FAQ
Why is this cheaper than a real photographer?
Production pipeline + AI = 80% less time. Same art direction quality. Different cost structure. We're not undercutting — we're rebuilt from the ground up.
Is the Pay-in-2 a payment plan or a deposit?
Half upfront kicks off the project. Half on delivery. No interest. No financing partner. Bank transfer or Stripe.
Can I upgrade mid-project?
Yes. Pay the difference, we extend scope. Most common: Starter → Growth at the Day 7 checkpoint.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
The Day 7 checkpoint is the protection. After 25 images, you give feedback or call it. If you call it, you pay 50% and we part ways. Has not happened yet, but the safety net exists.
Do you do month-to-month retainers without a build?
Not currently. The build creates the brand DNA the retainer runs against. Without it, retainer work is generic.
Refund policy?
50% refund up to Day 7 if the direction misses. Zero refunds after Day 7 (production has happened).
