Asked first. Answered straight.
What a Decision Read is, what it costs, how fast it lands, and what the guarantee covers.
What is a Decision Read?
A written second opinion on one important business decision. I investigate the public evidence, rank your options, and grade every material claim high, medium, or low confidence, with the source shown next to each one. Built to be acted on, not presented.
What does LoopWorker do?
Turns public market evidence, competitor ads, pricing pages, reviews, hiring, and search demand, into a ranked answer for one business decision. One question in, one graded answer out, in 48 hours to 30 days depending on depth.
What kinds of questions fit?
Four shapes cover most of them. The Competitor Read: this competitor is moving, how real is it? The Market Read: should I launch, enter, or open? The Pricing Read: if I move price, what happens? The Growth Read: where does my next dollar and hour go? If you can frame it as one important decision, it fits.
What is a Competitor Read?
A rival's playbook, reconstructed from public signals: their ads, hiring, pricing, and timing. It answers how real a competitor's move actually is, what to counter, and what to ignore. Read a real one, client redacted.
What do I actually get?
Documents, not a dashboard, and every engagement starts with a sit-down. The 48-hour Read is one document. The 5-day Read adds the Evidence Record. The 10-day Read is three: the Read, the Market Map, the Move Plan. The 30-day Engagement adds the Operating Playbook. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Is this AI-generated research?
No. Software helps collect the evidence. I decide what counts, test contradictions, grade the claims, and write the recommendation. The judgment is mine.
What happens when the evidence is weak?
The Read says so. Weak evidence gets a lower grade, and I explain what would change the answer. Sometimes the useful conclusion is that the evidence doesn't justify the move.
How much does a Decision Read cost?
Published, fixed, agreed before I start: the 48-hour Read is $750, the 5-day Read $3,200, the 10-day Read $8,000, and the 30-day Engagement $25,000, billed by milestone. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
How fast do I get the Read?
48 hours to 30 days, depending on depth. The 48-hour Read answers one narrow question fast; the 10-day Read covers a six-figure decision end to end.
How is this different from hiring a strategy consultant?
No partners, no pyramid, no 80-slide theater. Founder-led research at a published fixed price, delivered in days, refundable within 14 days if it isn't useful. The cost comparison page shows the full market.
How is this different from tools like SEMrush or the Meta Ad Library?
Tools hand you data. A Read hands you the answer: what the data means for your specific decision, ranked and graded. The pull is the evidence; the judgment on top of it is the product.
Do you guarantee a result?
Not a business outcome, no. The guarantee covers usefulness: if the Read doesn't improve the evidence for your decision, tell me within 14 days and I refund the fee.
Do I need a call to get a price?
No. Send the decision, the stakes, and your deadline through the form; I reply within 24 hours with fit and a fixed price. Once we're on, every Read starts with a sit-down where you frame the decision and I confirm exactly what I'll pull. Everything from the 5-day Read up also includes a review call on delivery.
Which depth should I choose?
Don't choose. Send the question and I recommend the smallest depth that answers it.
Is my engagement confidential?
Yes, private by default. Public case studies are anonymized or only published with permission.
Who is this NOT for?
Companies under roughly $1M in revenue without funding, decisions with less than $25K at stake, and buyers looking for commodity research.
