Action Sheet
A ranked, dated, owner-named list of next moves. The last page of every Sprint brief.
What it is
Action sheet = numbered list. Each line is one move, ranked by impact + speed + cost. Each has an owner, a deadline, and the proof cited from the brief.
Why ranking matters
A list of "things you could do" creates more work, not less. A ranked list of "the next 6 moves in order" reduces decision fatigue. Pick 1. Ship. Pick 2. Ship. Done.
How dating matters
Without dates, the action sheet dies in a Notion doc. With dates, it becomes a project plan.
What's on it
Action title · why it ranks here · evidence cited · owner · target date · expected impact · effort estimate. Usually 5-12 items.
